Where do I find the O2 sensor?
Perhaps someone got a picture?

It's in the exhaust somewhere, depending on what engine you have. Looks a little like a spark plug with a regular wire instead of a spark plug wire.

I have a 350 engine and the car is a Pontiac Trans Am GTA-88,
Shall I look at the manifolds from the driver side?

Yes. Bottom of the drivers side manifold I believe. IIRC it will be pointing forward.
