Where to get tilt column bearings?

While fixing my loose tilt column (lock-tite and tighten the infamous 4 bolts) I managed to mangle the rear bearing's plastic cage and all some of the ***** won't stay in place.

Can I get replacement bearings at any AutoZone type store or are they a dealer (read Dal) only item?

I got mine at the local dealer but I don't think they were very expensive 20-25 bucks.
