Suggestions for L98

I've been told time and time again to get 1:6:1 roller rocker arms in my 88 L98 GTA, should I do this and would I gain a noticeable increase in performance....AARON

Going from stamped sheet metal rockers to anything of decent quality will improve how your motor runs. Beyond that, the difference between 1.5s and 1.6s in your setup is minimal. You'll get alot more results out of them after you put headers on it.

Avoid aluminum ones, unless you don't mind buying new ones every so often.

You'll notice a little bit more with a set of full rollers. They will give you more lift and by some wonder of geometry that the machine shop showed me, you'll get a slight bit more duration as well. You'll get the biggest gain in the top end. This is where the motor really needs to breathe so you wont get the most benefit without some headers and a free(r) flowing intake path.
