flapper wheels???

I don't know where to post this but, it is basically for my eng. so......

well, I don't know what to call them but flapper wheel sounds good to me, they look like little wheels made up of flat strips of sand papper. they sell small ones in the hardware stores for the dremel tools and the ones I want I have only seen at swap meets (1"-2 3/4") well I want to get some so if any one knows were to get them let me know

Standard Abrasives sells them. 2 of them come in their porting kits, but they are only like 1" and 120 grit.

A larger auto parts store will carry them, too.
