Engine: 350, 350, LS1
Transmission: 700r4, 700r4, T-56
Axle/Gears: 3.07, 373, 4.10
Block casting numbers and id nums..
the numbers i was able to obtain off a block i have are these..
casting num= 3970010
vin on block = 151145286
suffix = K12 02 CMJ
this is what i was able to determine..
3970010=1969-79 3970010 350 185 370 2 or 4 car, truck, Vette
151145286=Chevy 1975 wentszville or oshawa
k12 02 cmj=ontario dec 2 1974 CMJ 350 t4OO police - 4 full size
or 1980 CMJ 305 automatic trans. H - - full size/Camaro
judging by the info i obtained im guessing its from a 75 model year car and its a probably a 2 bolt main 350 from a police cruiser? please correct me if im wrong.. i cant see the date code with it still in car.. just want to know if im even close on this one.. thanks!
