need a little help please

I just bought a 1992 Camaro RS with the TBI 305. My problem is the person i bought it from took part of the emmisions off. If you looking at the enging from the front of the car..on the passenger side valve cover very back..there is a pipe comeing out of it. Now it blows oil all over the damn place..my whole drivers side engine space is covered in oil. Is there anything i can do about this? I'm gonna take a picture of it tonight and post it. In case i didn't make any of this clear.

you can go to scmucks or B&B or soemthign like that and get an import air folter and throw it on over the pipe, its for the AIR settup that connects to the air cleaner, put this on and it should take care of it.

They also sell aftermarket ones for this, I beleive you can get this at any auto parts store, show them the problem, they should have a part, thats if they are not stupid.

Hehe. I think that's the case with a lot of parts peeps. An instructor of mine always said, if parts people were smart enough they would be fixing cars, not selling parts for them.

77,

That breather tube should probably be connected to the air cleaner. If the PCV system is working correctly, that oil vapor shouldn't be coming out of that tube. Check the PCV valve while you're at it.
