You should have a fuse for the fuel pump relay but i am not positive. I have one on my 88 F. 350 on the fender near battery. Might be a good place to start checking fuses 1st. There are also some test you can do to by jumping a wire to test start your fuel pump. Im sure if you do a search at the bottom of the electrical or v-6 message boards Im sure someone has a post on how to check that on your car. Thats about all i know

. Pretreat,
The fact that the starter won't crank has little to do with the fuel pump. If the starter solenoid was draining the battery, it probably has an internal short. If you didn't repair or replace the solenoid or starter, you probably still have problems there. If the solenoid has drained the battery, there will be no power to operate the fuel pump.
Oil pressure is an entirely separate issue, and if you are reading oil pressure than the engine is obviously running or the gauge is faulty.
Does the starter operate at all now? Do your accessories and lights operate?
