Blown Gasket

I think i may have blown my head gasket...but i'm not sure...i'm not losing any coolant that i can tell, but it runs kinda rough and the temperature guage just goes a little too high for my liking. I was gettin kinda nervous so i pulled a few of the spark plugs because a buddy siad a leaking head gasket would make them go white...so i pulled a few and they are kinda white..but i know normally they should be tan so i was just wondering if anyone has pics of what plugs look like normally or when the head gasket is blown.

i replaced the thermostat, but it hasn't made a difference.

There are other things that will make the plug white, like running lean or having a bad vacuum leak. I wouldnt go rush to assume its a blow head gasket. It could be a fuel distribution problem, poor tune, vacuum leaks, weak ignition system, just to name a few. Looks like your car has really low miles so its probably something other than a head gasket. I drove my old 305 for a while with a blown head gasket and other then leaving a sweet sugary smell everywhere i went it ran fine.
