ok, heres the deal, i just took my car out for a 1/4 mile today, round the block after its long winter of sleeping, as i was goin i stepped on it alittle and it dogged down and then shot up, it did this a couple times y is this??? i have had going like running for like a month now in the garage, but first time on road, idk

Make sure the throttle body is clean.
Check the TPS voltage. Voltage at the low end of the scale will tend to create a lean throttle tip-in condition.
Reset the minimum air position to the high end of the tolerance so that the IAC counts are lower and more of the idle air is passing the throttle platers than the IAC. The cleaning of the TB alone may help this problem, especially if there is a lot of varnish accumulation around the throttle plates.
