Need to make a final decision: Canfield or wait extra week for AFR's
I need to make my final cylinder head decision because I'll have the money to buy the canfields this week. I can get the Canfield 220's for $1029 from Comp Specialties, or I can wait another paycheck and go for the AFR 195, however my research tells me the AFR195's do not outflow the Canfield 220's (well ok the DO but we are talking 3-4 CFM) so I would say Canfields.....what do you guys think? BTW the motor I'm building is a 355 with hyper 2 vavle relief flat tops and a rowdy 284 comp solid cam.

stick with the 195s unless you have a 4.10+ gear
The motor won't see the powerband longenough to take advantage of the bigger head otherwise.
