Jegs cylinder heads?

Doe anyone have experience with those Jegs aluminum cylinder heads? How do they perform for the money? HITHERE'm sure they're not as good as the Air Flow Research heads, but HITHERE'm looking for HITHERE good "bang-for-the-buck" deal.
