Bracket Help

ok to bring you up to speed, I changed out my 4.3 in my 92 s10 with the RamJet crate motor my problem is that the a/c bracket holds the tensioner right over the throttle body. I rigged it for a while but I want to fix it right now. so I thought that the a/c bracket from a TPI motor would fix this whole thing since the throttle bodys are in simular positions. what I found is that there is a TPI vette bracekt that has the tensioner almost under the compressor. it bolts to the water pump the head and has a small brace that goes to the manifold. this looks like the anwser but the guy at the GM house told me that I would need the vette pullies to make it work because of alignment issues. what I need to know is this true and how much is is off? could I shim it to make it work? or is it offset the other way to where you cant shim it? also would I need the vette water pump because of the machined surface the bracket bolts to? I have searched my *** off for help on this and im abotu out of options. tell me what yall know about those 2 selections and what the easiest route would be. FYI the tbi brackets have the alt. and pw. steering onthe drivers side and the a/c by itself on the passenger side and it has a long waterpump help!!!!!!!
