Axle/Gears: 2.73

Fouled spark plugs...

I keep having carburetor problems and I have three sets of spark plugs that don't have many miles on, but are covered in so much soot that they won't fire. Is there any good way to clean these off, so I don't have to go blow any more of my money on a new set?
