starter difference between 1pc. main and 2pc. main

is there any difference in the starter styles of a 1pc main seal motor and a 2pc main? i have a motor out of a 91 jimmy with a flywheel for a 91 z28. does anyone know if there maybe a difference? my starter i picked up at thirdgenresources and i don't know what it came from but i am assuming it's a thirdgen.

starters dont depend on rear main seal type

they depend on whether its a 153 or 168 tooth flywheel

with the info you gave me, your engine and flywheel will work

just make sure the starter you bought is for a 153 tooth flywheel

a 91 4.3 and a 91 SBC would use the same flywheel or flexplate
