Are you talking about launching the car from a stop for racing etc? I launch from ~3750 RPM on heated up drag radials at the track, but if you're on street tires it's going to be a lot lower than that. Just rev the engine up to about 2500-3000 rpm and let the clutch out quickly. If it spins the tires, either lower the RPM or let the clutch out more slowly then floor it. Just play with the amount of RPM's, speed of the clutch engagement and amount of throttle.
