Transmission: 700R4, 4L60E, 700R4 NonLU

Caprice cop car intake manifold

What is the difference in the caprice cop car distributor and the regular distributor on a tbi f- body. I have seen 2 of the cop car intakes recently and the distributor hole is much larger. Did the cop cars have a special high performance distributor or what?
