350 swap questions

I have a 90 firebird with a 3.1 v6 and im doing a swap to a 350..heres the rundown on the engine: 72 block, bored .060 - Vortec Heads w/screw in studs, and backcut 30 degrees (which rockers should i use by the way) - Comp 280 cam w/mathing valvetrain - edelbrock performer rpm intake(vortec) - edelbrock 750cfm carb - stock crank - rebuilt kit, with trw pistons, speedpro rings, and prob forged rods.
k..i know this is a little long, i just need a few answers real quick....can i get by with a electric fan with no flex fan? or do i need 2 electrics (1push and 1pull) and will this setup put me over the 400 HP mark..(im thinking closer to 450, but id like to hear your guys opinions.) anyway, any info i can get would be great...thanx a mill.

Hi Kid. Not sure about the HP numbers. The fan set up, however, stay away from a push/pull set up. Does not work good, in my experience. I've got a flex fan and no bad cooling probs. Just my 2 cents worth. Have fun.

Well you need self aligning rockers with the vortecs. Crane cams makes some 1.6RR for like 200bucks. 400 HP is alot, going from that v-6 to 300HP would freak you out enough, but you may get 330hp-380hp unless this cam is really big. Not sure what the duration is on a 280 Comp cam. What' the compression of the engine? I mean the vortec crate engine has the same heads(not backcut valves but same heads) a fairly agressive cam (somewhere around 220degrees) and they run around 9.5compression and get 330HP, I don't think you could get an extra 120HP out of this engine unless the cam is huge and backcutting the valves jumps the flow on the heads like 20-30cfms.
