the switch is fairly easy to change... gotta remove radio trim plate, remove the a/c control head (won't come out all the way). it's easier if you remove your stereo, too, but that's up to you. first off, it may not be the switch itself. on the back of the switch where the vacuum lines go in, they are clustered together in a one-piece kind of thing that attaches to the switch. anyhow, you might just be leaking there. those are known to get a little brittle and tend to lose the seal. if that's the case, i've heard an easy fix for that is to pull it off the switch, take a q-tip and apply some vaseline inside the tubes and reattach. not guaranteed, just heard that before. if that doesn't work, you may have to separate all the tubes and reattach individually. when you do that, put a little zippy-tie on each tube. that tube connector and tubes is like a little harness, that is a one-piece deal, and unless you want to take your dash apart to replace it, separating the tubes at that junction is the answer. with all that said, that junction thingy on the back of that switch comes off by prying those little retainer washers off. if your switch is leaking, it comes off by two 7mm screws. it's just easier to remove the stereo cuz you'll have more room to work, and when you do it, put a rag down over the floor area in case you drop one of those washers and/or screws...

^^^^ All looks like good info to me. I've had luck using the vasaline/grease method in the past.
