Ticking noise
Every time I turn my key to the position where the power comes on but car not started yet, theres a ticking noise that I can hear under the hood if I just leave the key in the ignition. Please help.

It's probably your fuel pump priming. Although the pump itself doesn't (or shouldn't) produce any "ticking" sounds, you might notice a single "tick" when the pump cuts out, which should be a few seconds after you have the key in the ignition position. This is what it's supposed to do...

Sounds like you have a CC carb under your hood! That's the mixture control solenoid. After a few minutes, it should stop, until you start the engine. The mixture control solenoid controls the air/fuel ratio (well, it tries anyway) at idle and part throttle.
