98 vortec block

i have a 98 vortec block and whould like to use a mechanical fuel pump but the hole for the push rod has not bin bored all the way through does any one know if some one makes a tool for boring the hole through to the cam?

I don't know of any tools specifically designed for that process, but you could make a drill bit work. I would think it would be easier to run an eleictrical pump like a Carter for $50.
