Hey all, I am thinking about buying a holley 670 in around a month and am wondering if an RPM air-gap is a good choice for this application. I'm thinking the bores being 2" wide and side by side...isn't that wider than most conventional carb intakes? Also, does anyone make adapters for this application. I'm not really great at fabricating things. Thanks.

Where would you get the idea that a Holley wouldn't mate to an Edelbrock RPM intake ?? It's a given... they fit toghether nicely actually! The edelbrock RPM is an excellent intake and I believe a fine choice for your engine, although I would go with a 750/770 Holley.
