Tensioner, ac/compresor, airpump bracket
Ive noticed a rattling coming from my engine compartment so I go to check it out, and it turns out be this bracket. The problem is the top 2 bolts that hold this bracket into place, have snaped. My problem is how do I get these bolts out of the heads, they're snaped perfectly even with the heads. Any help is highly appreciated! Dont want to brake the bottom ones too!

I'm sure someone else might have a better idea, but here is the best I came up with.
Take the bracket completly off, and use a screw extractor and see if you can get it out, if not drill it out a retap it. Not much else you can do.
