Can't open hood

Transmission: TH 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.27

Can't open hood

I think the cable is not an option--release handle is broken and the metal wire has disppeared inside of plastic tubing.

Any ideas on how to open my hood?

Umm, don't most hood releases have a secondary cable? They're good for about 4-5 operations, so I'd get a new cable in there pronto.
