need help quick!

i can get some 3.42's from a 98 WS6 formula. he just got new gears so i might buy his old ones, will they fit my 10 bolt? does my stock ten bolt have a three series carrier or two?

I think the 2.73 and 3.08 ratios were series 2 and the 3.23 and 3.73 were a series 3. Might want to wait for someone else to confirm this, but i'm pretty sure that's how it is.

can anyone verify that for sure? i had 2.73's stock i am pretty sure, but i have 3.23's now.
