Fuel pump in limp mode

Hello
I have an 86 Iroc with an 89 Firebird 350 TPI and harness. Was trying to fix the alternator last week and instead the fuel pump isn't working now. It does work in limp mode with just the oil pressure switch but thats it. Its not priming when you first turn the car on. The car will start up but dies almost immediatly I assume because of poor fuel pressure. How do I get this thing back going? Its got the later pump relay what is supposed to be hot and whats not? Is there a fuse some place other then in the fuse box or by the battery. Any help would be great because this car is about to drive me crazy!

Wheels,

The only FP fuse is the one on the right inner fender near the battery - 20A:

The problem is likey the relay or relay wiring:
