air-bag steering wheel question

Does anyone know what year GM started putting air-bags in the F-body steering wheel? My wife finally caved and said she would drive one if it has an air-bag. I need this info a.s.a.p.(we are shopping today). The last thing I need is her driving home in a "safe" import because I couldn't find a camaro/firebird with an air-bag. Please Help!
