LS1 in a thirdgen?

LS1 in a thirdgen?
I know you can install T56 trannies in with little modification. Will an LS1 mount in a thirdgen? If so you can get a crate LS1 for about 5 grand..

An LS1 is not a "bolt-in" type of swap into a ThirdGen. There are currently only two people that I know of working on this swap. Here are their sites:
