My 4th gen seats have no seatbelt guides...how should I do it??
I have a set of black/gray fourth gen seats, and they have no seatbelt guides in the headrest, and I'm tired of driving with the seatbelt almost on my neck. I'm guessing the seats got re-covered or something, because there aren't even holes in the fabric. So how should I go about installing them on there? I'm guessing there's some kind of metal bracket in there, right? If so, should I just run a long self-tapping screw in there or what? Thanks in advance.

Use a long needle to find the screw holes. Most of the headrest on the side is pretty hard so you should be able to locate the screw holes with this method. Seatbelt retainers are less then $7.00 each from the dealer, just need the right ones for your seats. It sounds like you have the 1 piece Camaro seats, and not the trans am seats with the movable headrest.

If it'll help any, I've got pics of mine at https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hlight=deemax. That should at least give you a good idea of where to start poking around. Mine are out of a 94, but I suspect they're all the same.
