91 z-28 parked car this morning got back it started it up very low rpm's would not rev after 3/4 times of this wouldn't start at all assuming it's the pump i've checked ign got a good shock from #1 wire qs is there only 1 relay 5 wires located on the drivers firewall i've put the wire on the ecm connect and no noise is there anything else to check i've checked the 2 hard lines coming from the back only drippings from the bottom line

 

check all grounds including the ones on the back of the engine...any codes???
