open element, or dual snorkel

https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/t...lsnorkel.shtml

I was looking there and was considering doing that, but wasn't sure if it would be better to just do an open element.

Wasn't sure if anyone knew if what the pros and cons are to each.

If it's a stock hood, dual snorkel. If it's a cowl hood, open element.

The open element without a cowled hood that seals off the air cleaner will suck in hot engine-heated air. This not only cuts HP but raises the motor sensitivity to knocking.
