Hi all after reading the past posts i tried to locate the oil pressure sender on my mystery 350. I did find the place where the oil sender should have been(its missing) but i didnt find the wire that connects to it. I saw a tan wire but it seemed to be going into some type of harness. My car is a 85TA that orginally came with a 305

 

That tan wire likely went to the fuel pump from teh auxilliary oil pressure switch. If you look closely, the wire is probably tan with a white tracer.

 

is that the wire i need ? or it a full tan wire ? Also whats the general thickness of the oil pressure wire ?
