too many variables to take a guess at cost. milage is a big factor, less miles more cost.
a complete ready to run engine would be a bargin for 500 dollars. you'll still need wiring harness, ecm, brackets and other little things like that.

By saying tpi ready, are you using your 305 tpi setup? Don't forget you'll need to upgrade to at least the stock 350 size injector (22lb) and get a new chip. You can get a rebuilt longblock for around $500-600. Just swap in a better cam and timing chain setup before you drop it in.
