power steering belt

i'm replacing my crummy power steering belt. do i just loosen that bolt that lets it adjust, take the belt off, and then slide on the new belt... seems a little easy.. is there something more to it?

As I recall, there is one pivot bolt, and four other adjustment locking bolts/nuts that have to be loosened (some on the back and bottom).
