Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3:27

Power Steering Pump Prob,

This is on a 90 Lumina. Lately its been leaking and I cant see where it is leaking from ,but on the way home from work today ,I start hearing this whinning sound everytime i turned and when i got home and checked the fluid it was all brown and foamy. Anybody have a clue?

Top off the fluid !!

Like Blade said..Top off the fluid.

Then look for a leak, usually a pressure hose.
