i am swapping out my 9 bolt rearend with disc for a 10 bolt disc the ten bolt is missing a caliper can i use one from my 9 bolt on the 10 bolt thanks

Yes you can.
When I swapped in a 99' Z28 10-bolt, I used the rotors and calipers from the original 9-bolt rear.
