Strange question about wheels.

I have heard about different places cutting a wheel in half and adding more metal and welding it back together to make it wider. I'd like to know if any of you know who does this. My goal is to make my IROC wheels about 10" wide adding 2" to the inside lip so that it looks like a stock IROC wheel but wider. Can an 11" wide wheel fit our cars? I would love to put a set of 315's on the back and not stick out any at all. Ultimate sleeper!

Actually there is a company that does that. I don't recall their name off-hand, but I can find out either tomorrow or Monday and get back to you.

Troy Trepanier will certainly know.

I have heard of a place also and it was about $90 a wheel. I just have to figure out who does it. "Rad Rides" would probably know but how do I contact them?
