What power should I expect?

I'm beginning to build a 350, and I'm curious what HP and torque numbers I should be seeing by the time I'm done. The block will be professionally cleaned and machined with a .030" overbore, vortec heads, 1.6 roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-gap intake, 750 cfm Holly double pumper carb, and an open element air cleaner. The cam will be mild, I think I'll be lookin at around 9.5:1 comp. I'll have a set of 1 5/8" headers, gutted cat, and 3" cat-back. My rear gears are 3.42.

I hope that's all you need. Any ideas for HP or torque?
