Transmission: Rebuilt 700R4 with Transgo and MW 3

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Eaton Posi

Smog Pump Mod for more power

I completely disabled the smog **** on my car so I no longer need the Smog pump. Is there a way to gut the inside of the thing to make it turn more freely - like have it free wheel on its own bearings - so I can make a little more power?

You can just remove it and re-route the belt like the tech article on this site. That's what I did.
