Looking at a Performer 2-0 for my 402 Big Block 71 Impala. Its a stock 300 horse motor. Is this a good aluminum intake for my purposes. The price is right and it's at SUper Chevy Swap meet.

Thanks for the reply. I figure loosing the 800lb iron intake is bound to help !
Just wanted to be sure I was in the RPM range of my stock 402/300hp motor.
Tks

The Performer 2-0 is a dual plane manifold. It's designed for street use and is a good replacement for a stock manifold.

The Performer RPM 2-0 is designed for an engine with some modifications such as headers etc. It has a higher usable rpm range.
