Alright, I have a 91 z28 350. When I start my car up it revs to about 2000-2500 for about 5 to10 seconds and then drops back to normal. I have no idea what it is, but it does it every time. Can any one help me out.

Engine: L98 (350 TPI)
Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear
IAC + passages are probably all carboned up. take the throttle body off and clean + lube it all up.
