Can I do this with oil changes?

I have syn in there now and just did a intake swap and there is antifreeze and stuff in the engine. i am going to drain that and put in regular cheap oil for about 100 miles to clean it out better then switch back over with the syn is this ok to do?

So long as you fix the coolant leak (if that is what caused the coolant in the oil), you should have no problems.

Coolent got int he engine cause i pulled the intake and i didnt get every drop out of there.

You're doing the right thing. Be sure to change the filter each time as well.
