Wiper fluid / hatch locking cover Q's
Wiper fluid / hatch locking cover Q's
Ok
1) Wiper fluid is pretty much full, always has been
.. It doesn't seem to come out. the pump sounds like it's working, but nothing comes out.
Is this a common problem, and what's a good place to check for a clog, or is there a simple way to see if the motor is going bad?
2) have 2 BOSE speakers in the rear, on a locking cover... The thing doesn't latch... I unlock the lock, and push it down as far as it can go, and I latch it. It feels as if it is latching, but I lock it, and I can pull it up... So I'm guessing it's either not going down far enough, or something else is wrong. It's impossibly difficult to see if the latch is even close to it, as the way it's setup, i cannot tell what's stopping it.
Anyone have/had this problem? and do you have a fix?

1. Clogs at the spray tips and deposits in the pump are common. You can try removing the discharge hoses from the tips to see if that helps, and try to force clean, hot water through the pump to clean it out.
#2. The latch probably engages a strike of some sort, and those are usually adjustable. Try moving the strike closer to the latch mechanism.
