same as title i can't figure it out it just started doing it and all of the rockers are tight and to torgue mearsures and it keeps coming on and gets louder and fster with RPM? It;s cylinder #8

 

i'd go back and look at the rockers again since you said they're all set to the correct torque, since there is no torque spec for rockers.

 

i figured it out it wasn't the freakin rockers at all. The shop that did my transmission didn't get four bolts that connect to engine tight enough and they had backed their way of and that was the rythmetic soudn i was hear. So it's back to the shop casue one of bolts was sherred off. thanks for the help and thankfully it wasn't a rod casue i know for certian all the rockers were tight.

 

I agree but Haynes claims there is on the older f-bodies. There are a few corrections that need to be made in there.
