I am going to pick over an 89 Z28, what should I get?

I'm about to go get some parts off an 89 IROC Z28 parts car in my area. I have an 87 Z28. I was just wondering if there are any things I should get as possible upgrades. The original engine is not in the parts car. I don't think there were any differences between Z28 and IROC suspensions, but I could be wrong. Any ideas?

there have to be some differences. the iroc sits like a 1/4" lower than the 85-87 Z28's. i know they have a bigger sway bar too.

Get all the suspension parts that you can, especially the sway bars and springs. Might as well grab the rear end too especially if it has a better gear in it than your car. Wheels and tires.

I believe the springs and shocks are better too.

Thanks for all the tips, guys. Unfortunately, I can't use any of them. It turns out the car isn't really an IROC. This guy has three different thrid gens, and I guess I got confused as to which one was the parts car. Its a big confusing mess of mismatched engines/model years/ option packages/ etc. Thanks anyway.
