Need help

Ok I need to know what is going on with my car... Its a 90 Iroc 305 auto etc.. I just replaced cap/rotor/plugs/wires..Today I put in a new 02 sensor and replaced the ignition coil...The car is still misfiring..I can't figure out why it is still missing, I am almost positive it is ignition related but I am new to FI cars too so I may be missing something. Also I know I am going to need to rebuild the tranny soon but I am not sure if this is a tranny problem or other problem...Anywhere under 3k except for the miss the car runs good.. when it gets to about 3-3.5k it just acts like its bouncing of a rev limiter or something and wont go any higher...I already adjusted the TV cable once but I may try it again tomorrow...If anyone could give me some suggestions that would be great. thanks.

what induction system? i'd make sure the wires were on right, check, clean and, flow test injectors, run compression test, scan for codes, check senser perameters while running

It is a speed density TPI. The only codes I got out of it was a code 45, which told me nothing more than I already knew "it is running rich" I am going to take it to a shop up the road in a lil bit and have them run a diagnostics on it. I dont need them to fix anything just tell me what the hell the problem is.
