wat does it mean CBhp and CBtq i know CB stands for corrected brake or something like that but wat does it mean.

well i saw it on tpis insider hits, all there numbers had that stuff on it CBHP in parantasis it said Corrected brake so im guessing its Corrected Brake Hp, or atleast i know it was something around there. wat i want to know wat does that mean corrected brake. and btw wat does brake horsepower mean as well hehe ive seen it a few times but dont really know wat it means
