How do u keep your car in good tune from street races and running at the track?? Thanks!!

I'm not sure I understand the question.

But a general way to keep your engine in good tune is check the spark plugs for fouling, check the wires for burn marks or cracking, make sure your timing is set correctly, check the cap and rotor for wear, replace your fuel filter and O2 sensor every 10-20,000 miles, check your exhaust for holes or rust, etc.

I road race mine 8 times a yr at Hallett, I would also recommend changing the oil more frequently than 3000 miles. This provided you do race it full out. I change mine before and after each race. I also lube all fittings. I have a 115K miles on the engine that I raced this past yr, not one bit of trouble mechanically in that engine. No loss of oil or pressure either.
