It doesn't look too bad. Hopefully the MAT sensor is already plugged in underneath the plenum (if not take the plenum off and hook it up. Hook up the brake vacuum hose at the left rear of the plenum, the pcv hose to the left middle, and the fuel pressure regulator/egr vacuum hoses at the right rear. Now put on the throttle body gasket and throttle body with the longer 10mm hex head bolts. You'll want to have the IAC already screwed in to spec, and maybe the tps too. Now plug in the long vacuum hose that runs under the plenum on the left of the throttle body and the two hoses to the right front - one runs to the charcoal canister and the other to the right valve cover. Hook up the coolant hoses to the throttle body unless you're going to do the bypass. Bolt the bracket that holds the throttle, cruise, and trans cables to the plenum and hook up those cables to the tb. Now put on the intake ducting with the MAF and off you go! I don't think I left anything out. Also, above the word "right" means passenger side and "left" means drivers. Good luck.

As far as wiring goes, I think it all comes off the large clusters that have the injector hook ups. The IAC and TPS and a few other things like AC and smog come off the right one, and the MAF and alternator come off the left. If you don't know what hoses to use just ask...
