I recently got this kit because it is cheaper and i also got the GM modified upshift valve kit(it lets you go to 4th at wide open throttle) my first question is--- is the mtv ushift valve(b&m name) and themodified upshift valve the same thing?.Also while reading the directions i noticed that they want me to remove the spring next to the mtv upshift valve (that does not sound too safe) iwas wondering if anybody got an alternative?
