Heated O2...

I finally got a heated O2 sensor for my car. Hopefully it will fix my idle problems. I checked the board and everyone suggests using the heated O2 with headers, but I am still confused as to where exactly to hook it up. Are the wires I should be splicing into inside the engine compartment or by the fuse box. What wires should I splice into??? Thanks.

if i recall correctly the A wire is power, the B wire goes to the ecm or a/f gauge and the c wire is ground, actually i think you can cross A and C. i always weld the O2 bung in the collector when i put headers on, i've saw them in the primaeies before too.

Well, I know what each wire is from the O2 sensor, but what should I hook them up to for power?

you'd want something that was hot only when the engine was on. turn on the key and start looking with a tester when you find one turn off the key and if the tester stops working you have a canadate for the power source.

Thanks, I'll find something like that.
